For eighteen years, Jen was a massage therapist, which means she has deep knowledge of the body and knows what needs to be done to heal and to soothe. She earned her bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (a credential also very helpful to our community). Jennifer is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who believes the practice of yoga is one that provides a path for connecting to something larger than ourselves, and it all starts with the breath. In her words: “The breath helps keep us present, calms the mind, and nourishes the body.”
Morgan fell head over heels for yoga soon after she began practicing. The multi-dimensional healing that a regular practice offers sparked her passion. She graduated from MSU with a Degree in Human Biology last spring, and the next month she completed her 200 hour YTT with Center For Yoga in Ann Arbor. Morgan loves dynamic flows that allow students to focus as much on the transitions as the postures themselves. She loves the heat and the challenge. You will definitely reach your edge in Morgan's classes!
